Cord Appeal

Always good in navy and black

Make room for some reasonably priced cords. Preferably a loose mid rise, wide leg, in a deep color will do for me.  Looks like H&M wins.  Alternate them with your denim.  Pair them with a turtleneck and hoody or an over sized blazer but keep the turtleneck (big fan of the neck hugger). Cords look stylish, polished, and remain a classic.  Keep it chic for fall and winter.  So easy to wear for any age.  Love them!

COS Style

From time to time, I browse the COS website.  They offer fresh classic silhouettes.  I personally like their clean aesthetic.  I have rounded up a few updated modern pieces for those sunny days.

Three basic and easy to wear tops.  The white blouse has a sweet neckline but not too girly.  The navy button down shirt is a slim fit with a bit of a longer sleeve that would look nice cuffed a couple of times for a casual out and about look.  The basic tank needs no reason.

Four perfect skirts that will take you from day to evening.  The first white skirt is a lovely A line style with an unexpected side slit.  The beige skirt sits on the hips with a feminine hem line that is oh so chic.  The vibrant green skirt looks so crisp!  Loving the last white skirt with its folded over waistband and straight fit.  It is relaxed, casual, and weekend ready.

The one and done way of dressing!  Jumpsuits are no fuss and can be dressed up or down.  An oversized blazer can instantly transform this casual day look straight into an evening out with friends.
